  1. Collection of information
    We may collect, store and use both personal and non-personal information. We will not share, sell, or trade this information to third parties in ways different from what is disclosed in this Privacy Policy. We use various technologies to collect information from your device and about your activities on our Platform.

    1. Personal information
      Personal information means any information that may be used to identify the User or his company including, but not limited to, user name, telephone number, e-mail address, street address, occupation, and / or industry. VoxxUp collects personal information of Registered Users (who upload content and create “voice-apps” on the platform). We may collect, store and use the following kinds of personal information: Information that you provide while signing up for our services, like, details of your name, email address, and country for creating your account with us or browsing the platform: we may collect further information like telephone number, address, and credit card details when you start using our platform. We may also capture from Listeners (people who use the voice-apps created by the Registered Users on their voice-enabled devices), information such as geographic location, history of the voice interaction that the Listener has had with the smart device and other information that may be exposed based on the user ID on the device. By using this Platform, the User gives VoxxUp consent to collect and use it in accordance with this agreement.

    2. Non-Personal information
      We automatically collect information from your browser or device when you visit our Site. This information could include your IP address, device ID and type, your browser type and language, the operating system used by your device, access times; anonymous demographic information, which is not unique to you, such as your ZIP code and country. We may also collect the following information: dates when connected to our service, information relating to any transactions carried out between you and us on or in relation to this Site.

    3. Your Right and Updating information
      You may request us to provide you with any personal information we hold about you. You can review and update your personal information by going to the My Profile page on our Platform. Applicable privacy laws may allow you the right to access and / or request the correction of errors or omissions in your personal information that is in our custody or under our control. In certain exceptional circumstances like in case of any security concern, we may not be able to provide you access to certain personal information we hold. In such instances, please let us know if the personal information which we hold about you needs to be corrected or updated. The same will be corrected / updated within a reasonable time.

    4. Control of Your Password
      You are responsible for all actions taken with your User ID and password, including fees charged to your account. Therefore we do not recommend that you disclose your password to any third parties. If you choose to share your User ID and password with third parties, you are responsible for all actions taken with your account and may be subject to legally binding actions taken on your behalf.

    5. User Submissions
      VoxxUp allows you to upload textual, graphical, audio and video content to our platform. By posting, uploading, inputting, providing or submitting information, you agree to grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sub licensable (through multiple tiers) right to store, distribute and promote your submissions in any media now known or not currently known, with respect to Your Information. VoxxUp will only use Your Information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  2. Sharing / Use Of Your Personal Information
    VoxxUp collects and uses personal information of Registered Users (who upload content and create “voice-apps” on the platform), and Listeners (people who use the voice-apps created by the Registered Users on their voice-enabled devices), to operate the VoxxUp Platform and to improve user experience. For Registered Users, the data / information captured may be used for the following purposes (the list is not exhaustive):
    • To identify you, know about you and your interactions with the Site
    • To allow you to customize your experience, subscriptions, date of last login
    • To administer and for trouble shooting
    • To inform you of other products or services available from VoxxUp and its affiliates By accepting the Terms and Conditions of Use and Privacy Policy, you expressly agree that VoxxUp can use the collected information for the above-mentioned points.
    We may also collect information about the Listeners and the data / information captured may be used in the following ways (the list is not exhaustive):
    • The personal information of the Listeners is aggregated and is primarily used to create visual dashboards for you
    • We may inject promotions or offers and push the same through voice-enabled channels to the Listeners as per their personal data that we may be able to retrieve
    • We may also elicit feedback on your voice-apps through a voice-enabled device By accepting the Terms and Conditions of Use and Privacy Policy, you authorize VoxxUp to use the voice-apps created by you on our platform for the above-mentioned points. VoxxUp does not sell, rent or lease its customer lists to third parties. We may share data with trusted partners to help us perform statistical analysis, send you email or postal mail or provide customer support. When you subscribe to our mailing list, VoxxUp may use it for email marketing, but protect the users’ information and make sure it is secure. All third parties whose services are used by VoxxUp are prohibited from using your personal information except to provide these services to VoxxUp, and they are required to maintain the confidentiality of your information.

    VoxxUp will disclose your personal information, without notice, only if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to:
    1. conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on VoxxUp
    2. protect and defend the rights or property of VoxxUp and,
    3. act under exigent circumstances to protect the personal safety of Users of VoxxUp site, or the public.
    VoxxUp cooperates with law enforcement inquiries, as well as other third parties to enforce laws, such as: intellectual property rights, fraud and other rights, to help protect you and VoxxUp community from bad actors. Therefore, in response to a verified request by law enforcement or other government officials relating to a criminal investigation or alleged illegal activity, we can (and you authorize us to) disclose your name, city, state, telephone number, email address, User ID history, fraud complaints without a subpoena. Without limiting the above, in an effort to respect your privacy and our ability to keep the community free from bad actors, we will not otherwise disclose your personal information to law enforcement or other government officials without a subpoena, court order or substantially similar legal procedure, except when we believe in good faith that the disclosure of information is necessary to: prevent imminent physical harm or financial loss; or report suspected illegal activity. Further, we can (and you authorize us to) disclose your name, address, city, postal code, country, phone number, email, and company name to other participants under confidentiality agreement, as we in our sole discretion believe necessary or appropriate in connection with an investigation of fraud, intellectual property infringement, piracy, or other unlawful activity. Again, due to the existing regulatory environment, we cannot ensure that all of your private communications and other personal information will never be disclosed in ways not otherwise described in this Privacy Policy.     We keep your information only as long as we need it for legitimate business purposes and as permitted by applicable legal requirements. If you close your account, we will retain certain data for analytical purposes and recordkeeping integrity, as well as to prevent fraud, enforce our Terms and Conditions of use, take actions we deem necessary to protect the integrity of our Service or our users, or take other actions otherwise permitted by law. In case on non-payment, we may terminate your account with due notice. In the event of such termination, the content uploaded by you on our platform will be retained for 30 days only. If you decide to continue with your subscription during this 30 day period, you will able to restore the content without having to upload the content again. All your content will be deleted after 30 days and the same will not be available on our platform. We may transfer data that we collect from you to our main server for processing and storing. We will take reasonable technical and organizational precautions to prevent the loss, misuse or alteration of your personal information. By submitting your personal data, you agree to this transfer, storing or processing. However, you are responsible for keeping your password and user details confidential. We will not sell, transfer, or use the information relating to the terminated account of an individual in any way. We will not ask you for your password. Please do not share your password with others. Change your password regularly. The transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure and therefore we cannot guarantee the security of data sent to us electronically and transmission of such data is therefore entirely at your own risk.

    VoxxUp website does not currently respond to a Do Not Track ("DNT") or similar signal as it awaits the results of efforts by the policy and legal community to determine the meaning of DNT and the proper way to respond.
